Otto Johannsen, Managing Director:

After more than fifiteen years of experience in the factoring industry, Otto Johannsen has held various positions and was responsible amongst others for product design, product integration, business process reengineering and software deveopment. He is fascinated of factoring because of its simple way of financing on the one hand and its complex structure on the other hand.

Factoring is for him an ideal financing tool for various lifecycles of a company, while the factor takes over the organisation for parts of the success during these phases. The fidis applications have been developed for the administration of these organisational processes.

Christian Kattwinkel, Managing Director:

With his background as a managing director of a trading company (and within this function being a factoring client) as well as of a collection company, Christian Kattwinkel knows all facings of the factoring industry - in particular the structures that reflect the relationships of the factor, the factoring client and its customers.

On the basis of this know-how, the fidis applications do not just indicate the business needs of the factor, but also those of the factoring client. This structure ensures that the participants can organise themselves on a high level, so that the designated success will be reached.
