Authorities

Each clerk is responsible for different tasks. Therefore it is obvious that each employee needs an individual user menu and an individual authority concept for the completion of his day-to-day business.  

With FACT.pilot you are able to create for each employee an individual authority concept. By this you can define who shall get access to which data, processes and transactions and who should not.

The authorities apply to the permissions for reading, data entering and changing, printing and down loading.
