Document Data

A document data within FACT.pilot can be: Invoices, credit notes, payments, settlements, cancellations and disputes. 

You are able to view all information of a document on single item basis – also historically! All postings made in FACT.pilot allow you and your customer to have a clear view on single item basis at each time. 

In addition to the document data like invoice number, invoice amount, invoice date, etc., all other external data like your clients´ customers numbers will also taken over by the system. This enables your customer to view the actual balances of paid and open items. 

Each document has direct impact on the purchase process since invoices, credit notes and settlements influence the limit, i.e. payments set limit free and the system afterwards automatically purchases the following items until the limit is utilized.
