Disputes

Disputes occur if the quality or quantity of the delivered goods or services is declared as insufficient by the debtor. The consequence of a dispute is that the receivables will not or only partly be paid. The clarification of the disputes is upon your customers.

Disputes are regarded as a document type within FACT.pilot. The reason for the dispute is attached to each item. A dispute can have the consequence that the specific item will be purchased but not funded.
