Document Changes
Changes of documents take place on regularly basis: An invoice becomes a dispute and will therefore be excluded from the funding process. After the dispute has been clarified the invoice can either be funded with its total amount or with only a part of the total sum.
Another example is that invoices are purchased manually or re-assigned due to risk policies. It is also possible that payments terms for already purchased invoices have to be changed subsequently.
FACT.pilot tracks each document change, i.e. you can trace historically the reasons with date and time stamp.
