Payments

All incoming payments are transferred automatically into FACT.pilot via interfaces to standard bank formats. Afterwards the cash in will automatically be assigned to the relevant open items.

The automated payment run also considers direct debiting.

For cheque payments, a highly sophisticated DMS system transfers the data into the system while afterwards the open items are cleared automatically.

In addition to the above mentioned payment methods, FACT.pilot does also support drafts, letter of credits and the administration of remittance advices.
