Within FACT.pilot, each logging, data entry and transaction will be tracked with user name, date and time.

By this you will be able to trace at any time which data entry or change has been made when by which employee.

The traceability of the logging function does not only apply to the users on the system, but also to the master and movement data. So you are able to trace historical open items, purchases, fundings and availabilities etc.
