FACT.pilot includes a fee calculator that is able to handle various fee modules per customer. The fees are posted automatically on the relevant expense account after the calculation took place.

The type of fees can be as flexible as creative you are. Examples for fees are:

• Minimum fee
• Document fee
• Fee depending on the turnover
• Special fee per country
• Combination of fees in absolute and relative figures
