Error Cockpit

Out of the error cockpit you are enabled to solve any arising errors directly, i.e. without changing the menu item. Errors may occur during the take over process of invoice data, for instance if a debtor cannot clearly be assigned.

The error cockpit of FACT.pilot advices you how to solve arose problems. You can directly tackle that problem without executing the process once again. The system tracks for historical traceability each error and its correction.

Due to the exact information about how to correct the error, you will not have to guess about where the problem has arisen. Since the system leads you directly through the correction you are ensured that the data sets are proper and complete.
