Purchasing and financing parameters can be defined globally within FACT.pilot, i.e. the those regulations are valid for all customers within a factoring company (which is also called “client level”). Of course, you are enabled to set deviant rules per customer and/or debtor. By this you will always have the flexibility which you need for your success.

Possible parameters for the purchasing and funding of your customer’s invoices on client level are for example:

• Inclusion/exclusion of defined countries and/or debtors
• Address components (check of the existence of defaulted fields)
• Exclusion of specific documents
• Aging and overdue of the receivables
• Invoice amounts
