Overdue Workflow
Each event controls a workflow within FACT.pilot. The workflow creates a task which will be forwarded to the responsible employee or group of employees. After that task has been completed, e.g. via a decision form, the workflow contiues according to the defined rules.
The same applies for the overdue workflow. As soon as an invoice is overdue, the responsible employee receives automatically a message with the order to tend about the business transaction. The system provides the employee a decision form for the task completion. If he does not react in an adequate way, the case escalates to the next higher hierarchy entity. The factoring customer cockpit lists all actual and historical workflows. The number of workflows per customer allow you to make appraisals about the individual risk as well as about the work amount.
