Useful Assistants: Scorecards

FACT.pilot contains a scorecard module for the risk identification of your customers´ debtors. You are free to define the parameters that are relevant for your company.

The scorecard reflects the risk of a specific debtor according to defined parameters/criteria like:

• Questionnaire called “Early warning signals”; e.g. questions regarding technical/commercial know-how, business development, sales appraises etc.
• Payment history
• Balance sheet key data

Scorecards are renewed automatically according to your defined cycle, i.e. after the entry of new balance sheet data. Each scorecard will be saved by the system and is available as historical data. So you can see the development of each debtor.
