DMS-Integration

In order to decrease the enormous costs for the take over and archiving of documents, FACT.pilot provides interfaces to all established DMS systems, also to those DMS providers that have specialised in factoring.

With the integration of a DMS solution into FACT.pilot you will have:

• Electronical archiving of documents
• Automated take over and assignment of (hand written) cheque payments and other payment documents
• Automated take over and posting of invoices and credit notes
• Centralized access to all data
• Electronical document archiving per customer or account number
• Security and authority concept

The archived documents/data are for each responsible employee available in order to handle the day-to-day business efficiently.
