Financial Accounting

FACT.pilot is a closed accounting system and completely into your accounting system integrable. Therefore it is not necessary that you will have to migrate your internal bookkeeping system to SAP – but you can do this if you want do.

In addition, the system carries over all relevant accounts of your customer in order to provide you a high transparency. The revenue accounts as well as the tax accounts are posted automatically for all purchased invoices so that your customers are able to outsource their debtor management.

Each factoring customer is mapped by a company code and is therefore an own balancing unit.

The most important features of the FACT.pilot financial accounting are:

• Master and movement data
• General ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting, bank-related accounting, closing of the accounts
• Impersonal accounts, administration of documents
• Monetary transactions, dunning procedure, financial disposition
• Reporting and analyses
• Etc.

All business transactions are booked according to the rules of orderly bookkeeping. At the end of the fiscal period all accounts will be closed and the system generates a balance sheet and a profit and loss account.
