Real-time Data-Exchange - FACT.pilot Client Link

The FACT.pilot Client Link is also web-based - the main difference to the fidis Data Warehouse is it is a real-time reporting- and transaction-operating-system, i.e. the customer has direct access to FACT.pilot

system. Therefore, the data is up-to-date at any time and does not have to be updated within an overnight batch program. A web-based access on the factoring system is state-of-the-art.

In addition to the real-time reporting functionalities, the FACT.pilot Client Link enables your customers to create interactive transactions such as payment requests according to the actual availability or the submission of invoices.

Furthermore, the Client Link enables you and your customers to handle the complete (!) data transfer including all necessary checks and approval functions. The workload of your customer service will reduce to an absolute minimum!

The Client Link offers your clients extensive reporting functionalities. For instance, your clients are enabled to see their current availability. Furthermore, they can choose between various reports like current account statements, debtor account statements, client account statements, summary of transactions, list of charges and a control report.

All reports can be reviewed for different currencies and for different periods. Various downloading possibilities are given, i.e. supporting the Excel-, XML- or a PDF-file-format.
